Accepted Product Conditions

For purchases made with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes, the refund will be issued as a gift card and sent to the original billing address. Please note that gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

  • Returns made to an IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive the return. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • Please note that it may take a few days for your bank to process the refund and post it to your account.
