And the best part? You can even use thick-sliced corned beef from the deli if you don’t have any leftovers on hand!

Instant Pot vs. Stovetop

For those using the Instant Pot, we’ve made a slight adjustment to the recipe. We’ve reduced the amount of sauerkraut and increased the amount of corned beef to make it even lower in carbs. The stovetop version has been modified to reflect these changes as well. Whichever method you choose, you can expect a delicious and satisfying meal.

Enhancing the Flavor

While any balsamic vinegar will work well in this recipe, we recommend trying the Colavita Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. It adds a sweeter and thicker dimension to the soup, taking it to a whole new level of deliciousness. Trust us, it’s worth a try!

Low-Carb Goodness

Are you following a low-carb or Keto plan? Then you’ll be thrilled to know that this soup contains just 4 net carbs per serving. It’s a healthy and flavorful option that fits perfectly into your dietary goals.
